Join us for a conversation about ways to tend ourselves, or loved ones, during times of emotional or physical death. We can use plants, oils, rattles, smoke, baths, and other remedies to create resilience and peace in difficult times. Our goal is not to avoid pain and struggle, but rather to make room for it, and tend it consciously as part of our normal experience.
Please bring a journal, pen, mug for tea, and willingness to have an open discussion. Note: this is not a grief circle or therapy circle, but it is a safe space to share personal experiences, feelings, & emotions.
